on designations and credentials:
AAFM
mandates that all members subject to US Jurisdiction abide by the
rules and regulations of the SEC, NASD and local, state and federal
regulators and laws. Any member who uses an AAFM designation or board
certification should understand that policy and regulation differs
from broker-dealer to broker dealer and possibly from state to state
thus reducing the ability to use any or all designations. All members
that advise clients on investments or insurance products are encouraged
to earn and hold an investment advisors license, series 65, 66 or
RIA registration or licenses for the sale of insurance products. Moreover,
any AAFM member should know that they may be subject to the rules
of suitability, client objectives, diversification of client assets,
to NOT use risky investments, anti- fraud, rules of representation,
the way you hold yourself out to clients & prudent investing for
any client who may be nearing retirement or has fixed income needs.

who holds themselves out as an Analyst and provides analsis on investments,

You comprehend
that we do not offer any degree or diploma from the USA, but we do
offer professional designations to those who have met the accredited
education and training and experience requirements. You understand
that the AAFM effectively recognizes and accredits over 560 double
accredited business schools globally. You agree that you have read
the terms and disclaimers and other requirements publicly listed on
the websites. Any offers for membership and certification are good
for 5 days. If not accepted, the offers act as though they never existed.

are applying from outside of the USA, the Board has the legal right

Either party without notice may terminate this Agreement at any time

I (sanction disclaimer, accreditation disclaimer), 1 (Copyright, Licenses
and Idea Submissions), 3 (Use of the Site), 5 (Indemnification), 6
(Third Party Rights) and 11 (Miscellaneous) or offer and acceptance
info or jurisdiction and venue agreements shall survive any termination
of this Agreement. 8. Special Admonitions for International Use. Recognizing
the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local
rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data,
e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable
laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the

shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Louisiana or the federal eastern district of Louisiana

and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties'
obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or
state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the county/parish
of Jefferson, state of Louisiana or in the federal courts in Orleans
county/parish in New Orleans Louisiana. Any cause of action or claim
you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one
(1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or
cause of action is barred. FinancialCertified.com's failure to insist
upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement
shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither
the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall

at any time without notice or disclosure to you. The offers made here
apply to membership only. Distinction and Designations are contingent
upon education, experience, ethics agreement, prior or future testing,
and continued education and good standing. Naturally, a person must
pay for membership before applying for certification, distinction,
designation, or fellow status. Acceptance is made when candidates
have paid and the money has been deposited. There is no guarantee
of certification as a FinancialCertified CERTIFICATIONS or or . Your
money will be returned (excluding the processing fee of dollars) if
you cannot, will not, or are incapable of satisfying the standards
and qualifications of certification. With regard to certification,
FinancialCertified certifications, charters, and licenses are awarded
on a yearly basis contingent upon a members good standing. Good standing
implies that a member and certified individual is paid up in full
as to his or her balance, abiding by the ethics agreement, has completed
the continuing education, and all statements as to education, ethics,
experience, credentials, certificates, and degrees earned are true
and correct. If a member or certified member FinancialCertified CERTIFICATIONS,
, , or Fellow of the FinancialCertified has not paid his or her dues
and licensing fees, the FinancialCertified may request the charter,
certificate, and license from the x-member and the member who is not
in good standing shall cease from using any of the FinancialCertified
symbols, marks, logos, designations, fellow status, distinctions,
service marks, trademarks, and copyrights. Any member that knowingly
uses our marks and designations without paying is subject to compensatory
and punitive damages as well as any other legal damages and is subject
to the jurisdiction and venue of the US District Courts of the Eastern
District of Louisiana. The FinancialCertified does not guarantee safe
delivery of any products, certificates, or letters. The FinancialCertified
will deliver what you have paid full consideration for within a reasonable
time. Upon notification, the FinancialCertified will make an effort
to track you letter, certificates, or other information that was sent
to you. We will guarantee that you receive a certificate with your
name on it as long as you provide a save delivery place for your award.
You are responsible for submitting correct information as to you name,
address, certificates desired, experience, credit card info, email
address and other pertinent information that will allow the FinancialCertified
to process your request for certification or membership. Any liability
for false information submitted falls upon the candidate who has misled
the FinancialCertified. The FinancialCertified awards and licenses
to use the registered marks are furnished to members who claim and
state that they do indeed satisfy all of the standards and requirements
that the FinancialCertified has. These standards are to improve and
recognize those who make a commitment to knowledge and education in
the field of finance and investments. IF the candidate has sent information
to us, we assume that Title 18 of the mail fraud statues apply to
this and the submitter is supplying accurate information. Based on
the information provided, we can easily determine if the candidate
is dedicated to pursuing a career in an FinancialCertified related
field and will follow the FinancialCertified continuing education
and ethics guidelines. All contract disputes will be held to the jurisdiction
and venue of the federal courts of the eastern district of Louisiana.
Additionally, the FinancialCertified does not guarantee the character,
skill, experience, education, ethics, or references of a member or
certified member of our group. The FinancialCertified grants membership
to anyone who is for the innovation and progress of the field of finance
investments and economic industry. Certified members have all submitted
application information with their electronic signature that assures
the FinancialCertified that all education, ethics, testing, experience,
references, talents, or skills are correct to the best of the knowledge
of the applicant or candidate or submitter. Therefore, the FinancialCertified
has provided the same degree of protection to the public as any undergraduate
college as to information provided and verification. The FinancialCertified
accepts no liability as to the skill and expertise of a member or
certified member. These members are operating independently of our
group and have been awarded membership and certification purely based
on their submissions to us that have assured us that they have met
the standards that the FinancialCertified requires. If a member is
in fact not qualified, the general public has a duty to notify the

have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of

insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be
construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the

are contingent upon education, experience, ethics agreement, prior or future testing, and continued

| Naturally, a person must pay for membership before applying for certification, distinction, designation,
or fellow status. Acceptance is made when candidates have paid and the money has been deposited. There
is no guarantee of certification as a FinancialCertified CERTIFICATIONS or, your money will be returned
(excluding the processing fee of dollars) if you cannot, will not, or are incapable of satisfying the
standards and qualifications of certification.With regard to certification, FinancialCertified
certifications, charters, and licenses are awarded on a yearly basis contingent upon a members good
standing. Good standing implies that a member and certified individual is paid up in full as to his or
her balance, abiding by the ethics agreement, has completed the continuing education, and all statements
as to education, ethics, experience, credentials, certificates, and degrees earned are true and correct.
If a member or certified member FinancialCertified CERTIFICATIONS, , , or Fellow of the
FinancialCertified has not paid his or her dues and licensing fees, the FinancialCertified may request
the charter, certificate, and license from the x-member and the member who is not in good standing shall
cease from using any of the FinancialCertified symbols, marks, logos, designations, fellow status,
distinctions, service marks, trademarks, and copyrights. Any member that knowingly uses our marks and
designations without paying is subject to compensatory and punitive damages as well as any other legal
damages and is subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the US District Courts of the Eastern District
of Louisiana. |

| The FinancialCertified does not guarantee safe delivery of any products, certificates, or letters. The
FinancialCertified will deliver what you have paid full consideration for within a reasonable time. Upon
notification, the FinancialCertified will make an effort to track you letter, certificates, or other
information that was sent to you. We will guarantee that you receive a certificate with your name on it as
long as you provide a save delivery place for your award. |

You are responsible for submitting correct information as to you name, address, certificates desired,
experience, credit card info, email address and other pertinent information that will allow the
FinancialCertified to process your request for certification or membership. Any liability for false
information submitted falls upon the candidate who has misled the FinancialCertified. The FinancialCertified
awards and licenses to use the registered marks are furnished to members who claim and state that they do

members have all submitted application information with their electronic signature that assures the

the same degree of protection to the public as any undergraduate college as to information provided and verification.

based on accredited education from real colleges and the best

Our competition seems to think it necessary
to create their own colleges etc. We (AAFM) simply have a mutual
recognition agreement from the 560 or so best business schools
in the world and gladly accept "real" accredited education
that is backed by these Dept. of Education recognized accreditation
bodies and sanctioned schools. As you know, you must take many
rigorous exams in a business school to achieve a degree. Moreover,
our on-site or in-house executive training programs do have

In contrast, some large financial planner groups certified 20 thousand or so people before even having a final
exam. If you don’t believe it , do your research. Over the decades, some rather large financial planning
organizations have allowed thousands of members or insurance agents to be certified without having a college
